You will need to produce a session overview and appropriate notes/class plans for a safe and effective indoor group cycling session of 30-45 minutes, which is appropriate for the specific target group of apparently healthy adults.
You will be assessed throughout the course via Continuous Assessment showing verbal screening, the warm up, main component and cool down components. Continuous assessments are ongoing throughout the course to obtain a result which will count towards your overall result. You will be required to teach a minimum of 6 participants who are aged 16 years or over.
If you need to be re-assessed in any of the components, this can be completed through discussion with your tutor/assessor.
